Kylie Minogue u nedjelju 11. srpnja ostvarila je povijesni uspjeh na britanskom chartu albuma.
Naime, svojim novim studijskim albumom "Aphrodite" australska je pop princeza konačno ponovo došla do vrha iste, što ju je iskreno oduševilo.
"Jako sam zadovoljna reakcijom publike. Znala sam da glazbeni materijal neće nikog ostaviti ravnodušnim, ali ovo nisam ni sanjala. Hvala svima" zadovoljno je izjavila Minogue.
Minogue je ovime postala i prva pjevačica koja u četiri desetljeća zaredom ima broj jedan album na britanskom chartu albuma.

Dosadašnji UK#1 albumi su joj bili: "Kylie - The Album" (1988.), "Enjoy Yourself" (1989.), "Kylie Greatest Hits" (1992.) i "Fever" (2001.).
